For many years Main Line Design Build and other entities either managed or operated by James Kolea have performed varied construction related projects.
During the 1980's, luxury homes in the prestigious Main Line suburbs of Philadelphia were built for discerning buyers. The nineties were a transitional period. Adjusting to the real estate trends of that decade the entities combined luxury suburban home construction with multi-family residential development.
A building boom beginning early 2000’s in Philadelphia afforded opportunity to develop and construct projects including conversion from office space to residential units. Newly constructed townhomes communities were in demand resulting in the construction and successful sale of several projects throughout the City.
After the recession of 2007-12 real estate development has been extensive and prosperous to present day. In the suburban Philadelphia area, Main Line Design Build focused on open floor plan style homes with the latest proven building materials. Currently steady growth in the market provided a vehicle for the masses of people to experience the American Dream of either owning or leasing a new residence be it house, condo or apartment.
