For many years Main Line Design Build and other entities either managed or operated by James Kolea have performed varied construction related projects.
During the 1980’s, luxury homes in the prestigious Main Line suburbs of Philadelphia were built for discerning buyers. The 90’s were a transitional period. Adjusting to the real estate trends of that decade the entities combined luxury suburban home construction with multi family residential development.
A building boom beginning early 2000’s in the City of Philadelphia afforded opportunity to develop and construct projects including conversion from office space to residential units. Newly constructed townhome communities were in demand resulting in the construction and successful sale of several projects throughout the City.
After the recession of 2007-12 real estate development has been extensive and prosperous to present day. Sellers have benefited immensely since 2020 due to increased demand and lack of inventory. Buyers have experienced a large selection of moderately priced residences resulting from expansive development throughout the region. Steady growth in the market provides confidence for buyers seeking to experience the American dream of either owning or leasing a new residence be it a house, condo or apartment.
